Not for products, nope, sorry. Occasionally I will work with business/causes that are near and dear to my heart but it's hard to say without knowing more specifics so shoot us a message with the deets of what you were thinking about and we can figure it out!

A: Because our items ship from different places - this can vary a little bit. For all stickers, cards, art prints, keychains, postcards, notepads & limited edition goods we try to ship out all orders via USPS within 3 business days after you place your order. 

All apparel, mugs & phone cases are printed on demand and will ship separately from other items in your order. Most print on demand orders are shipped out within 14 business days.

Depending on the season these times can vary (especially around the holidays in November & December) so *PLEASE* email hey@yourgalkiwi.com if you need an item before a specific date and we will do out absolute damndest to make it happen.

A: Because we're a reallllly small woman-owned business and many of our products are made to order we don't offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item we'll make it right ASAP and offer either a replacement or a refund - just email us at hey@yourgalkiwi.com. We're also not monsters so if there's extenuating circumstances you can email us (hey@yourgalkiwi.com) and we'll try to work together to find a good solution for all of us.

As much as we wish it weren't the case - lost packages happen. If you need to check on the status of your order or you're dealing with a lost package - email us at hey@yourgalkiwi.com and we will look into it and make it right.

Definitely! I'm a little bit obsessed with meeting and working with new creative types so unless I'm terrifically swamped with work I love being a part of new and exciting collaborations.
